Keen Review: Live Advice, Astrology Options, and Credit Terms
What Keen’s official information supports, what its satisfaction policy means, and what to ask before a session.
The service described by Keen
Keen’s official site advertises live conversations by call or chat. Its help-center navigation includes astrology readings as an advisor category. We reviewed those public pages on October 8, 2026; we did not book a reading or assess an individual advisor. The homepage describes the service as entertainment and restricts it to adults aged 18 or older. Provider marketing and customer star ratings are not independent evidence of predictive accuracy.
Why the satisfaction policy deserves a close read
The official policy describes discretionary Keen credit for a future session, not an automatic cash refund. At the time of review, it specified up to $25 in credit, a 72-hour request window, and availability once every 30 days. Promotional or unpaid funds are excluded, and Keen may approve, deny, or partially credit a request. Read the policy again before paying because eligibility and limits can change.
Match the advisor to the work you want
The platform label tells you less than the chosen profile. For a natal consultation, ask whether the advisor will calculate a chart, which tradition they use, and how they handle an approximate birth time. For a brief chat, prepare one question you can explore within your budget. A broad intuitive conversation may be different from a prepared, chart-centered appointment, so clarify that distinction before connection time starts.
Control the length and the records
Confirm the advisor’s current rate, billing interval, and how to end the session. Introductory promotions can make the first purchase look smaller than later sessions, so check the ordinary rate too. Ask whether a transcript or notes will remain available and avoid assuming that a call will be recorded. Keep the booking details, receipt, and any messages if you later need to describe a specific service issue.
Who should examine Keen more closely
Keen may be worth comparing if you want the advertised call-or-chat format and are willing to select an advisor individually. Its credit policy is a practical limitation for someone expecting money to be returned after disappointment. Our assessment is based on public information, not firsthand performance. The best next check is whether a particular advisor explains the method, delivers the promised format, and respects the spending limit you set.
